Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment
  • Exposure to annual sales volumes of $5 million plus
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • NRO Experience is preferred

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain a hospitality-driven culture
  • Lead, motivate, and empower employees
  • Set goals, create plans, and take effective actions to achieve them
  • Measure performance both subjectively and objectively
