Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment
- Exposure to annual sales volumes of $5 million plus
- Professional image and demeanor
- NRO Experience is preferred
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain a hospitality-driven culture
- Lead, motivate, and empower employees
- Set goals, create plans, and take effective actions to achieve them
- Measure performance both subjectively and objectively
