Private Dining Manager / Assistant Manager

Join a premier luxury steakhouse known for exceptional cuisine, elevated service, and unforgettable guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in both operations and sales—leading private dining events while also supporting the management team on the restaurant floor.

This position combines private dining sales leadership with hands-on restaurant management, working two management shifts per week while driving revenue through private dining bookings and event execution.


Compensation & Benefits

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management or private dining/event sales experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to sell and execute private dining events
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and polished service standards
  • Excellent relationship-building and client communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in event planning and execution
  • Passion for hospitality with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow private dining sales, responding to inquiries, conducting site tours, and closing event bookings
  • Coordinate and execute private dining events from planning through post-event follow-up
  • Work two management shifts per week, supporting front-of-house operations
  • Partner with the culinary and service teams to ensure flawless event execution
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, repeat guests, and local businesses
  • Drive revenue through strategic outreach, networking, and guest engagement
  • Ensure each private dining experience reflects the restaurant’s high standards of luxury hospitality
