Restaurant General Manager – Fine Dining | $85–95K + Bonus

An upscale, high-volume restaurant is seeking an accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead with presence, confidence, and heart.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, guest-focused leader with refined service instincts, strong food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to inspire teams while maintaining financial discipline. You will set the tone on the floor, cultivate community relationships, and deliver a consistently elevated guest experience.

What we’re looking for

• Proven General Manager 5+ years of experience in upscale or fine-dining, high-volume restaurants

• Strong liquor, wine, beer, and service standards knowledge

• Confident, humble leadership style with a focus on team development

• Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, and inventory controls

• Energetic, visible presence during service

• Passion for hospitality, consistency, and guest loyalty
