We’re seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of the community’s most beloved dining destinations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, energized by building strong teams, and committed to delivering memorable guest experiences—without sacrificing quality of life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers and hourly staff
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Foster a positive, professional culture built on respect and accountability
  • Partner with the culinary team to showcase seasonal, high-quality cuisine
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and operational systems efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and allergen standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a comparable leadership role
  • A strong passion for hospitality and seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
