We’re seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of the community’s most beloved dining destinations. What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers and hourly staff
Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
Foster a positive, professional culture built on respect and accountability
Partner with the culinary team to showcase seasonal, high-quality cuisine
Manage scheduling, labor, and operational systems efficiently
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and allergen standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a comparable leadership role
A strong passion for hospitality and seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking
Excellent communication and leadership skills
ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certification (or willingness to obtain)
A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment
