We’re seeking a hands-on, owner-minded General Manager who treats the business like it’s their own. This is a Bench GM role supporting multiple locations until placement into a permanent store, with strong long-term upside for the right leader.

Restaurant General Manager Expectations:

  • Lead daily operations hands-on (open, close, peak periods)
  • Own food quality, recipe execution, cleanliness, and guest experience
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing teams
  • Execute catering orders accurately and on time
  • Drive sales through community involvement and local marketing
  • Manage P&L, labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls
  • Serve as the point person for operational issues—anytime they arise

Restaurant General Manager Must Have:

  • Fast-casual leadership experience in a fresh, scratch or recipe-driven concept
  • Strong financial acumen (labor, COGS, margins, action planning)
  • High accountability, consistency, and follow-through
  • Comfortable being a successful GM for several years
  • ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule
