An established and highly regarded fine dining restaurant group is seeking a Corporate Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across its portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who values craftsmanship, consistency, and excellence, while understanding the business side of fine dining.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and execute the culinary vision across all fine dining locations
  • Create and evolve seasonally driven, scratch-made menus with elevated presentation
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and execution standards across every kitchen
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs and culinary leadership teams
  • Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Partner with ownership and operations on financial performance and growth initiatives
  • Support new openings, menu rollouts, and culinary training programs
  • Maintain best-in-class food safety, sanitation, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in fine dining
  • Multi-unit or corporate chef experience strongly preferred
  • Strong background in scratch kitchens and high-end cuisine
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with financial discipline
  • Hands-on leader who builds strong, accountable kitchen cultures
  • Experience with seasonal menu development and refined plating

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
