An established and highly regarded fine dining restaurant group is seeking a Corporate Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across its portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who values craftsmanship, consistency, and excellence, while understanding the business side of fine dining.
What You’ll Do
- Set and execute the culinary vision across all fine dining locations
- Create and evolve seasonally driven, scratch-made menus with elevated presentation
- Ensure consistency, quality, and execution standards across every kitchen
- Lead, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs and culinary leadership teams
- Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Partner with ownership and operations on financial performance and growth initiatives
- Support new openings, menu rollouts, and culinary training programs
- Maintain best-in-class food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in fine dining
- Multi-unit or corporate chef experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in scratch kitchens and high-end cuisine
- Proven ability to balance creativity with financial discipline
- Hands-on leader who builds strong, accountable kitchen cultures
- Experience with seasonal menu development and refined plating
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
