An established and highly regarded fine dining restaurant group is seeking a Corporate Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across its portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who values craftsmanship, consistency, and excellence, while understanding the business side of fine dining.

What You’ll Do

Set and execute the culinary vision across all fine dining locations
Create and evolve seasonally driven, scratch-made menus with elevated presentation
Ensure consistency, quality, and execution standards across every kitchen
Lead, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs and culinary leadership teams
Oversee food cost, labor, inventory, and vendor relationships
Partner with ownership and operations on financial performance and growth initiatives
Support new openings, menu rollouts, and culinary training programs
Maintain best-in-class food safety, sanitation, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in fine dining
Multi-unit or corporate chef experience strongly preferred
Strong background in scratch kitchens and high-end cuisine
Proven ability to balance creativity with financial discipline
Hands-on leader who builds strong, accountable kitchen cultures
Experience with seasonal menu development and refined plating

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $100,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience
