An established, chef-driven restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver a warm, polished guest experience. This role requires a visible floor leader who can coach teams in real time, maintain service standards, and support overall restaurant performance.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to lead FOH teams with a focus on service, pacing, and guest engagement
- Experience training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
- Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and decisively
- Hands-on leadership style with consistent floor presence during peak service
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in chef-driven or polished-casual dining concepts
- Background in managing group dining or private events
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with BOH leadership
