An established, chef-driven restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver a warm, polished guest experience. This role requires a visible floor leader who can coach teams in real time, maintain service standards, and support overall restaurant performance.

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead FOH teams with a focus on service, pacing, and guest engagement
  • Experience training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
  • Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and decisively
  • Hands-on leadership style with consistent floor presence during peak service

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills

  • Experience in chef-driven or polished-casual dining concepts
  • Background in managing group dining or private events
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with BOH leadership
