Assistant General Manager Opportunity | NYC Luxury Dining

I’m partnering with a high-profile, fine dining, NYC dining destination to recruit a hands-on Assistant General Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a luxury-focused, high-volume restaurant known for exceptional service and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and superior guest experiences
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver professional, polished service
  • Assist in managing P&L, labor, and operational budgets
  • Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Maintain brand standards and drive a culture of excellence and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an AGM, Assistant Manager, or similar in a high-end or luxury restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Exceptional guest service, problem-solving, and operational execution
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labor

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to $120,000
  • Bonus: 10% performance-based
