Shift Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to ensure food safety standards are consistently met
Experience in managing inventory and scheduling is a plus
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment
Customer-focused mindset and dedication to exceptional service

Shift Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience supervising or training team members
Familiarity with restaurant operations or similar fast-paced environments

Shift Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
Ensure team members adhere to food safety and quality standards
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals
Manage inventory, cleanliness, and security throughout each shift
Train and support crew members to deliver outstanding service
Monitor performance and take action to achieve shift targets and department goals
