Employment Law Associate Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $260,000 to $390,000 depending on experience

Employment Law Associate Requirements & Qualifications
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in California
- Minimum 3 years of employment law experience
- Experience handling employment litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies
- Background advising employers on employment-related compliance matters
- Proficient in drafting employment policies and agreements, such as handbooks, employment, and separation agreements
- Experience conducting investigations and providing compliance training
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings
- Willingness to work from the office approximately 60% of the time
Employment Law Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of employment litigation including discrimination, leave, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract matters
- Provide employers with day-to-day counseling on HR and employment-related compliance issues
- Draft and review employment-related policies, handbooks, and agreements
- Conduct workplace investigations regarding employment concerns
- Deliver in-house training sessions on compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service
