General Manager – Concord NH

An established hospitality group is seeking a General Manager to lead a vibrant, high-volume restaurant known for its elevated casual dining and guest-focused culture. General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, including general manager roles in upscale casual or fine dining
Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and P&L management
Demonstrated success building guest loyalty through active floor presence
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and retain high-performing teams
Deep understanding of hospitality standards and dining room operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serve as the welcoming presence in the dining room and primary ambassador of the restaurant’s standards and culture
Conduct meaningful table visits to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate closely with the culinary team to deliver seamless service
Manage P&L performance, controlling costs and driving revenue growth through strategic planning
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a hospitality team while fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
