Requirements for our Survey Managers

  • Minimum of 12 years experience surveying
  • Working knowledge of survey calculations and advanced GPS
  • Proven track record of managing survey staff, clients, and survey projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • PLS (Professional Land Surveyors license)

Responsibilities of our Survey Crew Chiefs

  • Perform and direct boundary surveys, subdivision of sections, computations for control surveys, and easements
  • Train, coach, schedule, and direct survey crew setting standards for the department
  • Review drawings, descriptions, plats, notes, and surveys for completion and accuracy
  • In charge of field operations including boundary, topo, location, control, construction, and specialized surveys
  • Seal legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, and plats
