Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, to join the team for a high-volume restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. Our client is a growing restaurant group looking for outstanding candidates. If you are interested, apply today!

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach & motivate the BOH team
  • Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
  • Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Assist Executive Kitchen Manager in all areas

Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • At least 4+ years as a Kitchen Manager or Assistant Kitchen Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years at each previous employer
  • Strong corporate systems experience and excellent communication skills
  • Knows how to schedule and assist with inventory
  • Experience working with a volume of $5M or higher
