Job Summary
We are looking for strong Assistant General Manager candidates who are looking for a great company.
If you have 3-5 years of process management experience in full-service restaurants, bars, and/or nightclubs, we would like to speak with you!
We hire based on personality, not just experience; although, we do not want people we have to babysit. Be autonomous.
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
· Must have 4 or more years as an Assistant General Manager
· Experience with volume of at least $3+ million in annual sales
· Strong leadership traits
· Ability to approach the job with an ownership mentality
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
· Strong attention to detail
