Job Summary
Our upscale property in beautiful Southern Vermont is looking for an experienced Executive Chef. If you are an Executive Chef with a strong passion for food integrity, love to work with the freshest local ingredients, and want to work in a high-end environment in which you are free to express your creativity and where every single detail matters, then we want to talk to you!
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef level experience in upscale, fine-dining scratch kitchens
- High-end experience working in a Luxury property, Resort, or Club preferred
- Strong organizational leadership skills
- True Farm to Table experience- working with local farmers and vendors
- Team player with the ability to collaborate and develop
- Strong people and communication skills
