Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Chef for a new restaurant opening for a casual Mexican cuisine concept. The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and able to create a menu that shows the passion the Executive Chef has for the food.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Creates a menu that reflects both modern and traditional Mexican cuisine
- Train and develop all kitchen staff, maximizing efficiency through strategic scheduling
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Maintain compliance with Health department sanitation and safety standards
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican cuisines
- Solid leadership and communication skills
