Job Summary
Our client has engaged us to find their next Room Service Manager for their busy 24-hour a day room service operation. If you are a servant leader who focuses as much on your team as you do on your guests, we would love to speak with you.
Room Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Manage staff in all aspects including, recruiting, training, schedules, payroll, forecasting, planning, and managing all F&B orders.
- Responsible for maximizing sales through enhancements and quality service.
- Analyzes financial statements for the F&B operations relative to budgeted goals and takes corrective measures as necessary.
- Ensure a high level of guest service/experience.
Room Service Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience in F&B operations within a luxury or full-service hotel with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded.
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
