Pastry Chef Requirements:

Attention to detail
3 + years of pastry management experience preferred
Ability to stay level-headed, displaying composure in stressful or uncertain situations
Creativity and focus
A genuine commitment to hospitality and guest service
Servesafe Certified

Pastry Chef Expectations:

Managing the production, execution, and distribution of all pastry including bread baking
Menu development for all pastry and dessert options
Management coverage
The training of bakery pastry chefs
Training, mentoring and developing future leaders

Pastry Chef Benefits:
