Job Summary
Hotel Chief Engineer– Is needed by an Excellent company with a positive culture, direction, and leadership.
Hotel Chief Engineer Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations of the maintenance department
- Oversees all mechanical areas of the hotel, restaurant, banquet space and grounds to keep the hotel functioning at top efficiency
- Inspect and test building systems for efficiency, and all state and local codes
- Record and report time, materials, faults, deficiencies, or other unusual occurrences on work orders
- Recommend, develop, or perform preventive or general maintenance procedures
- Hire, train, and supervise multiple team members
Hotel Chief Engineer Requirements:
- Must have a background working for large properties 300 room+
- Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform building repair/upkeep functions including Pool maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and grounds
- This position requires a minimum of two to four years of job-related experience
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
- Good Communication Skills
Hotel Chief Engineer Benefits:
- Base salary between $75K to $80K with a 20% bonus
