Job Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for managing the operation of an upscale unit in support of the location Director of Operations. This position is charged with achieving targeted sales, profitability, guest service, and market share goals while protecting the long-term success and integrity of our business.
Bar Manager Qualifications:
- Dedication to excellence

Bar Manager Requirements:
- Requires 5 or more years of experience in high volume or related management experience
- Possesses a proven background in maintaining strong cost control and quality standards
- Demonstrates the ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates team management, delegation, issue resolution, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others and act as a change agent
