Job Summary

Growing company with a fun atmosphere is looking to add smiling faces and great personalities to their team! Assistant General Managers need to be sincerely focused on quality products and the development of their team. Scratch kitchen experience is a plus, as is experience with bar ordering and purchasing. If you have 2-5 years of experience in full-service, high-volume casual, or upscale-casual restaurants, submit your resume for immediate consideration.

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Effectively train staff in a scratch kitchen
  • Hire, evaluate, and develop staff
  • Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Ensure accurate ordering
  • Build rapport with repeat and first-time guests
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
  • Bubbly, positive, and fun personality

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
  • Experienced and comfortable with 3M+ volume
  • Knowledge of bar cost and labor systems
  • Hands-on experience with guests
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Passion for community engagement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
