Manager of Pricing and Merchandising Analytics Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a leadership position with direct supervision of up to 6+ Analysts
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Strong background in creating Pricing strategies, not just analyzing the data
  • 5+ years of Analyst experience in Retail (non-food related OR food-related) which will include Data Science, Merchandising Analytics, Business Intelligence (use of Business Intelligence tools), Pricing, and Promotion
  • 5+ years in Business, Merchandising Analytics, or Business Intelligence; including Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases with the ability to write complex queries
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professional maturity and collaboration across multiple banners
  • Ability to take direct feedback, manage time, and deliver on commitments
  • Ability to travel up to 15% throughout CA as needed
