We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a leading HVAC company in the thriving DFW area. With a remarkable 70-year history of success, this company is poised for further growth and requires a high-performing individual to drive sales and lead a team of salespeople.

Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 based on experience

Sales Manager Requirements and Expectations:

  • Demonstrated success in Business to Consumer sales, with 2-5 years of experience
  • Clean driving record and background
  • Willingness and ability to work in various physical environments, including climbing ladders, accessing attics, rooftops, and crawl spaces
  • Some background in HVAC is essential
