Restaurant AGM Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager- AGM level in fast food or fast casual
- Must have a high level of integrity and respect
- Strong Leadership skills/Super-focused and results-driven
- Hands-on management style; in the trenches with the team
- Experience in managing/conducting weekly inventory
- Ability to manage all cost control centers and know how to build sales
- Must be hospitality-driven and passionate about taking care of their team members and guests
