Job Summary

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
- Salary range of $85-$100k based on experience
- 100% of health benefits paid by the company
- 3 weeks of paid vacation
- 401k with a 4% match – fully vested
- Laptop and phone
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as a GM in a 9+ million sales volume location
- A polished and professional presentation
- Upscale hotel restaurant experience a plus
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to coach and work with Executive Chef to deliver BOH results
- People manangement skills
