Job Summary

Manager Compensation:

Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar management experience
- Passionate, fun, positive, and results-oriented
- Minimum sales volume exposure of 4M annually
- Great leadership and development skills
- Ability to work in a physically and demanding, polished, high-volume environment
Manager Qualifications:
- A leader who supports and empowers the team. who always demonstrates integrity, our core values, and a sense of commitment in the work environment consistent with the company’s values, vision, and mission
- Maintains an expert level of knowledge and responsibility for forward progress in the areas of food, P&L, budgets, scheduling, catering services, and team member development
- Leads by example and understands and ensures all federal, state, and county legal standards that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements are met and followed.
