Job Summary
A local restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to take the reins as GM of a local favorite! We are looking for a leader with a commanding presence, kind heart, and cool head that will work with our fantastic team!
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of Restaurant leadership, at least 3 years as GM
- Strong financial acumen and history of positive financial leadership performance
- Experience with NROs or task force a big plus
- A truly accountable, personable, humble, and confident leader
- Extensive experience working in unique concepts, no chains
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational performance of the restaurant
- Strong desire to quickly grow their career and take on additional opportunities
- Guide all leaders in the continuous development and betterment of the restaurant
- Work with the culinary team on food offerings and consistency of products
- Work with the bar team on specialty drinks, wine and spirit lists, and seasonal offerings
