Job Summary
Are you a passionate Culinary Director open to a new challenge without the Restaurant Grind?
This leader of our Company's Culinary Department will be instrumental in the rebranding, revitalization, and redesign of our well-respected and community-driven Food Related Retail Locations.

Culinary Director Responsibilities
- Implement standards, food safety, and procedures for these new departments creating diverse menus across 5 different concepts including but not limited to vendor selection, recipe writing/testing, menu costing, small ware acquisition, hiring, training, and ongoing team development
- Oversee new outlet openings from ground zero with strong attention to detail and organization
- Have a vast understanding of fast-casual restaurant timing and flow
- High-level congruent communicator with a proven ability to collaborate with C-Level and in-store teams
Culinary Director Requirements
- 3+ years as a Director of Culinary, Director of Prepared Food and Retail, or Multi Concept Food Hall overseeing 5+ Food & Beverage Locations
- Strong financial acumen – multiple venue financial management experience
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and software is a must; tech-savvy
- Must have opened, rebranded, or conceptualized a brand from construction design to doors-opening
- Exceptional organization and planning skill set
- Fluently Bilingual in English/Spanish required
