Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, whip-smart, and self-starting logistics expert to manage the shipping of our assets around the globe. This position will directly support our Caribbean resort property as well as our other ventures and will be based in our Brooklyn offices. Shipping and Logistics Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all supply chain operations
  • Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation
  • Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments globally
  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
  • Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers
  • Answering customer queries both internal and external

Shipping and Logistics Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous experience of at least two uninterrupted years in a shipping administration position for a single employer is required
  • Enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, self-starter, and entrepreneurial mentality will be sought
  • Full authorization to work in the US for any employer without restrictions (sponsorship will not be offered for this role)
  • Ability to work in-office in Brooklyn

Shipping and Logistics Compensation and Benefits:
