Job Summary
Hey there! We're an upscale American restaurant and we're on the hunt for a super cool and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and make sure our customers have a great time. We're looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, wicked leadership skills, and a track record of crushing it in the restaurant industry. As the Head Honcho, you'll be in charge of making sure everyone is happy, our food is delicious, and our profits are poppin'.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Be the boss of the restaurant and make sure everything runs smoothly (cue superhero music)
- Keep our team in check, create schedules, and make sure we have all the supplies we need
- Keep things clean and safe (we don't want anyone getting sick on our watch)
- Make sure our food and drinks are on point, 'cause we're not just good, we're awesome
- Train and motivate our team to give customers the best experience ever (cue high-fives)
- Come up with creative ways to make more money (we like money, but we also like having fun)
- Keep an eye on our finances, create budgets, and make smart decisions (we're not afraid of math, but we're also not accountants)
- Have at least 5 years of experience being awesome in the restaurant industry as a General Manager
- Be a boss at leading and inspiring our team
- Be a great communicator and make everyone feel welcome
- Be a financial whiz and know how to read financial reports
