QSR General Manager – MIT Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Manages, trains, monitors, and coaches all staff
  • Inventory, ordering, and cost controls of the entire restaurant
  • All HR duties completed to Company standards
  • P&L responsibilities that drive positive profits
  • HS diploma
  • 3+ years in a similar QSR role with Drive-Thru
  • Leadership and Supervisory skills with proven experience
  • Sanitation certificates up to date (Food Handler, HD, Allergen)
