QSR General Manager – MIT Responsibilities/Requirements
- Manages, trains, monitors, and coaches all staff
- Inventory, ordering, and cost controls of the entire restaurant
- All HR duties completed to Company standards
- P&L responsibilities that drive positive profits
- HS diploma
- 3+ years in a similar QSR role with Drive-Thru
- Leadership and Supervisory skills with proven experience
- Sanitation certificates up to date (Food Handler, HD, Allergen)
