We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant General Manager to grow their career with a great, local company.

Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- You must have 1-2 years of Restaurant management experience in a casual dining setting
- You must be outgoing and team orientated
- You must have integrity
- You must have excellent communication skills
- You must have experience with cost control/P&L analysis
Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities:
- You will develop an analysis, oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
- You will create a customer-focused culture
- You will meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
- You will ensure health and safety policies compliance
