Assistant General Manager Requirements:

  • You must have 1-2 years of Restaurant management experience in a casual dining setting
  • You must be outgoing and team orientated
  • You must have integrity
  • You must have excellent communication skills
  • You must have experience with cost control/P&L analysis

Assistant General Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • You will develop an analysis, oversee operations and identify areas for improvement
  • You will create a customer-focused culture
  • You will meet company standards by implementing coaching opportunities with staff
  • You will ensure health and safety policies compliance
