Job Summary

An established public accounting firm just outside of Knoxville is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their growing team! This firm is top-notch and the culture is laid back and friendly. Beautiful office location. The ideal candidate will have experience with public accounting and will know QBO and QuickBooks Desktop.

Public Accounting Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll, quarterly tax filings and bank reconciliations
  • Handle sales tax, gross receipts, payroll taxes for multiple clients
  • Accounting tasks such as general ledger entries and payment adjustments, etc.

Public Accounting Bookkeeper Qualifications:

  • Experience with bookkeeping in a public accounting setting preferred
  • Quickbooks (Online and Desktop) knowledge, MS Office Suite
  • GAAP knowledge
  • Must be able to juggle multiple accounts without losing focus
