Front Desk Manager Requirements

  • 2+ years of guest service experience in a leadership role
  • Exceptional guest service focus, communication skills, and passion
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively – a proactive approach
  • Patience, persistence, tact, and diplomacy

Front Desk Manager Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and supervise guest service team
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures with guests
  • Collaborate and communicate with all department leads
  • Provide the example and set the bar in following policies, procedures, and standards
  • Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment
