QSR General Manager Responsibilities:
o Oversee all team members throughout their shifts
o Provide excellent guest service and maintain a trouble-free environment
o Practice all food safety and sanitation procedures and requirements
o Hire and train all staff
o Manage team members' schedules to achieve great service and labor goals
o Maintain professionalism through daily coaching and development
o P&L knowledge a must
o Manage food costs through proper ordering and inventory
o Coach and guide all assistant managers, shift managers, and team members to ensure restaurant success
QSR General Manager Qualifications:
o High School or GED Completed
o 1-2 years experience in food service or other related fields
o Strong leadership abilities
o Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment
o Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
o Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
