Job Summary

Are you a talented regional manager looking for a new opportunity to grow in your career? Do you have the desire to grow with an acclaimed national brand? We are searching for our next District Manager to level up their career with a team that will support their growth every step of the way!

District Manager Responsibilities:

o Lead the management team throughout multiple stores and regions

o Oversee and provide the tools for stellar guest service to your direct reports

o Practice all food safety and sanitation procedures and requirements

o Hire and onboard managers for your stores

o Work with all the restaurants P&L reports for the region regularly; daily and monthly

o Managing of ordering, food costs and inventory

o Coach and guide all assistant managers, shift managers, and team members to ensure restaurant success

District Manager Qualifications:

o Degree in business management or hospitality preferred

o 3-4 years management experience in food service or related fields

o Ability to lead a team of professional leaders

o Strong leadership abilities

o Ability to perform well (and excel) in a fast-paced work environment

o Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

o Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
