Job Summary

Do you have the desire to learn and be mentored into a long-term position with an acclaimed national brand? We are searching for our next Quick Service General Manager to level up their career with a team that will support their growth every step of the way!

General Manager Responsibilities:

o Lead all employees throughout each of their shifts

o Oversee and provide stellar guest service and resolve all issues as they arise

o Practice all food safety and sanitation procedures and requirements

o Hire, onboard and train staff for your store

o Write and manage schedules to meet restaurant expectations and achieve labor goals

o Manage your team as professional to maximize productivity

o Work with the restaurant P&L regularly; daily and monthly

o Managing of ordering, food costs and inventory

o Coach and guide all assistant managers, shift managers, and team members to ensure restaurant success

General Manager Qualifications:

o High School or GED Completed

o 1-2 years experience in food service or other related fields

o Strong leadership abilities

o Ability to perform well (and excel) in a fast-paced work environment

o Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

o Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
