District Manager Responsibilities:

o Lead your team of managers throughout multiple stores and regions

Oversee and provide the tools for stellar guest service to your direct reports

o Adhere to all food safety and sanitation requirements

o Hire and complete the orientation of managers in your region

o Work with the P&L reports for the region regularly

o Oversee manager's food costs through proper ordering and inventory

o Coach and mentor all assistant managers, shift managers, and team members to ensure restaurant success

District Manager Qualifications:

o Business Management or Hospitality degree a plus

o 3-4 years of management experience in food service or related fields

Ability to lead a team of professionals

Strong leadership abilities

Excel in a fast-paced work environment

Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills

Ability to multitask in an organized fashion
