We are Looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead our prestigious hunting club! We are seeking a culinary professional who is passionate about hunting, smoking meats, and creating unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests. Beautiful kitchen, smokehouse, and beautiful view.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients
  • Ensure all food preparation is of the highest quality and meets our standards
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including butchers and cooks
  • Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure appropriate supply levels
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Uphold health and safety regulations
  • Build relationships with guests and ensure excellent guest experiences

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in smoking meats and fabricating carcasses
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A creative and innovative approach to menu development
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
