Job Summary
Are you looking to join an exciting and growing restaurant company with opportunities to grow? We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and providing every guest with an exceptional dining experience.
Assistant General Manager Requirements
- NRO Experience is a plus!
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the back and front of the house, including ordering for the restaurant with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Mentor, train, develop team and lead by example
- Good Communication with the team and upper management
- Ability to work quickly and effectively with issues with team and guests, being proactive
Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years of Assistant General Manager experience
- Worked in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with Korean BBQ is a plus
- Korean speaking is a plus
