This successful hospitality group is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead our amazing team in Canton, MA. We are a rapidly growing hotel group looking for a strong hospitality professional who is solution-based, high-energy, and guest-focused. The Ideal candidates will have experience managing a diverse team at a full-service property and lead with a servant leadership style.

Hotel Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Works with hotel GM to lead a team of managers and staff to exceed expectations
• Accountable for financial, forecasting, and budgeted results
• Maintains and upholds brand standards and best practices while fostering a proud culture
• Works directly with the Sales team to capture and adequately price all business
• Serves as the brand ambassador and connects with the community to promote the property
• Financial reporting and budget management 

Hotel Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or four years in a similar role
• Experience leading the housekeeping and/or front desk team preferred
• Competent computer knowledge and experience with hotel property management systems
• Servant Leadership Management Style
• Hands-On and able to put the guest first
• Strong financial acumen and ability
• Valid Drivers License
