Job Summary
We are a family-driven Breakfast and Lunch concept, focused on delicious food, enlightened hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere. We pride ourselves in our culture and high quality in all areas, and we are adding a Restaurant General Manager to our team! Progressive experience in full-service restaurants, primarily in casual family dining, scratch kitchens, and high-volume settings is ideal. We offer an excellent quality of life (no nights!) and a fun, growing culture. Servant leaders with a passion for hospitality should apply!
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years in full-service management, with 2 years prior as GM experience
- Complete grasp of financials, cost controls, and inventory management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, complete with a sense of urgency
- History of developing team members into management and retaining talent!
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead entire team in attitude and behavior in a family-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Evolve and foster positive systems of accountability and consistent delivery of a high-quality experience for guests and staff
- Cultivate and grow existing and new relationships with our communities
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to teach and mentor at every opportunity
