Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the relaunch of one of the area's most well know restaurants. We are keeping the original name and some favorites, but doing a complete re-model and rebranding

What You'll Do:
· Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
· Continual review of all product quality and vendor options
· Negotiating prices and contracts; develop preferred supplier lists; review and evaluate usage reports
· Work with Owners on social media needs and requirements.
· Professional and immediate response to customer issues
· Management of all staffing issues including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, terminations, and feedback to improve productivity
· Forecasting
· Cultivate our image and be creative in the advancement of it
· Full P&L Oversight
Who you need to be:
· New Restaurant Opening Restaurant General Manager experience and knowledge,
· General knowledge of the beer, wine, and liquor industry
· Up-to-date knowledge of the current menu and specials
· Understanding of Toast POS systems
· Managing the budget and cost controls to increase revenue and profitability
· Successful in training and developing people
· Organized and strong attention to detail
· High standards for yourself and your staff
· Extremely reliable and accountable for one’s daily output
· Lots of personality, positive energy, and a competitive spirit
