We are seeking an experienced Fine-Dining General Manager for our New York City Restaurant who is passionate about excellence in service to lead a beautiful upscale fine-dining concept restaurant. Fantastic opportunity to join an international restaurant group with great growth opportunities.
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach, train, and develop your team
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, as well as city and state regulations
- Create and maintain a positive and professional work culture
- P+L Management, Inventory, Cost Controls
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Upscale or Fine Dining GM or Solid AGM experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Solid financials and planning ability
- Highly detailed with a strong focus on steps of service.
