The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Operations Manager Benefits:

  • In-house purchasing agent takes care of coolers and orders.
  • 50% health paid by the company- multiple plans ER-PPO.
  • Two weeks of vacation and 3 years of service equals three weeks.
  • Currently closed on Sunday

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and supplies.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Operations Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
