Job Summary

Culinary Director Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production of a large-scale food preparation operation, including daily production of all foods and assisting with staffing schedules.
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and supervising food production staff.
- Serve as a chef for special functions as needed.
- Assist as needed in the operation of assigned specialty areas, such as catering and alcohol distribution.
- Perform related duties, as assigned
Culinary Director Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume resort/club/hotel is preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to change with seasonal business
- Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit
