Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Operate a high-volume kitchen in a fine-dining or upscale environment
• American upscale cuisine
• Hire, top train, develop, motivate, and manage a large team
• Ensure all company standards are met
• Provide exceptional quality with full attention to detail, and operational excellence

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience as a Sous Chef
• Events, and restaurants, both onsite and offsite
• High sales volume $5+ MM
• Polished, fine-dining, or upscale experience.
• Steady tenure
• Control costs and achieve financial results
• Mentor with respect
