Assistant Bakery Manager Benefits

Assistant Bakery Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Hands on baking with the team
- Partners with Bakery Manager in P&L management and inventory control
- Coach and develop other team members
- Strong financial acumen is a must
- Demonstrates an intense drive and commitment to excellence and a passion to succeed
- Previous experience in high volume Upscale Restaurant or Food Retail concepts preferred of at least 3 million
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required in a bakery setting
