Job Summary

If you are an experienced Restaurant General Manager, or Assistant looking to prove yourself and are passionate about growing the top line sales (and bonus) by delivering excellent quality scratch-based recipes, friendly service, and blazing fast drive-through speed- let's talk

General Manager Benefits:

• Above-average starting BASE salary up to $70K, depending on experience

• Attainable & lucrative bonus program for AGM and above

• PTO- 3 weeks in year one.

• 401k with a solid match

• Full benefits offered with employer contribution

• Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas

• Latest close is 11 pm on F/S

General Manager Qualifications:

• Outgoing personality, highly positive, and able to coach

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

• Focused on standards to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service

• Prefer current or very recent experience in high-volume drive-thru or delivery

• Track record of success in restaurant leadership positions

Note- these are very hands-on roles with 12-hour shifts, the latest closing time is 11 pm. The menu and systems are streamlined for execution. The compensation is amazing and you get your days off.
