Multi-Unit Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest service
- Cleanliness of the restaurant
- Financial accountability
- Crew hiring, coaching, training, terminations
- Communication with ownership
- Maintain the Brand standards with all product
Multi-Unit Store Manager Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of management experience
- ability to effectively communicate vocally and in writing
- Proven P&L management/Cost Management
- Quick service experience
- Positive Attitude
